Public Product Contract / Support

Useful reports.
Bounded support.

Support is best-effort for reproducible product bugs in the latest Official Distribution within the Supported Scope.

There is no SLA, guaranteed individual assistance, response or resolution time, promised feature delivery, backward-compatibility promise, or application-code consulting. Modified builds, forks, and unsupported browsers are outside official support guarantees.

Report a product bug

Use GitHub Issues with the version, Chrome version, platform, expected outcome, actual outcome, and a minimal synthetic fixture. Review any Markdown Report before sharing. Remove private URLs, page text, Locators, credentials, personal data, and proprietary code. A Possible Cause is a hypothesis, not a diagnosis of your application.

Report a vulnerability privately

Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability, data exposure, unsafe Restore, injection, or permission problem. Use GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting and the Security Policy. Send the smallest safe synthetic reproduction; no credentials, real authenticated pages, or complete unredacted reports.

Security handling is also best-effort, without a response-time promise, embargo agreement, or bug bounty commitment.
